I'm behind on posting this, but hey look! Another cover!

This time it's issue 18 of :iconcrimeroyale:'s Blue Blaster! You can read it over here.

Pretty sure I used basic Photoshop brushes for this. This was a bit hard, given the original source lighting. I like to think I succeeded, heh.
