Rooted Orchid

Not much to say about this one...except that I accidentally dated it Sept. 2 when I finished it in the wee hours of today. I did this as a short break from the comic page. Yeah, I don't really take breaks, do I? XD


Also, orchids are normally associated with purple but this is how she appeared in my head That, and there are various types of orchids...

Her name, much like for Lala's, was quite hard to decide on. I was going to try and name her "Orchis" or "Orkhis" (the original Greek/Latin word), but those means "testicle" XD; >_> So I just decided to name her "orchid" in Tagalog She was originally the green one but the green markers I had weren't the ones I had in mind. So I went for turquoise. It fit better, especially with her hair.



The hat's not a badly drawn hat, btw. It's based on a Dutch Master's Hat. The part above it was edited -- just some extra color taken off, since it made the whole drawing look weird.
